Eversource works with a third party, CLEAResult, to manage the payment of the RRES quarterly direct incentives. To receive quarterly incentive payments, payees must register in CLEAResult's PowerClerk Payment Portal. The registration collects information on how the payee prefers to be paid. The portal also provides payees with details about past payments. Payees receive an email with a portal registration link within about a week of their system receiving permission to operate from Eversource.
