Where can I find more details regarding my REC Incentive payment?

For more information regarding your current or past Incentive payments, please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to https://ctresidentialrenewableenergysolutions.powerclerk.com/MvcAccount/Login
  2. Enter the username and password that you used when filling out your Payment Registration Forms.

3. Once logged in, your project(s) will be listed on your home screen. The right most column titled “Most Recent Payment” is the last payment made for that project. 

4. For more payment details, click the arrow to the left of the project. Then click “View/Edit Project”.

5. Under Available Forms, click “Begin” to the right of Payment Details (Historical).

6. This table below shows all payments made for the project from oldest to newest. This includes:

    • Amount Paid – The amount of the quarterly payment.
    • Bill from Date/Bill to Date – The date range is the reading was taken from. It should line up with your utility bill dates.
    • Date Paid – Date the payment was sent via ACH or the date the check was mailed, depending on your payment selection.
    • Payee Name – who the payment was made to.
    • Payee Email – the email address we currently have on file for the Payee.
    • Project ID – the CT Solar ID assigned to your project.
    • kWh – the kilowatt hours (kWh) generated by your solar panels.
    • Payment Rate ($) – the price per kWh
    • Notes – any additional information relevant to that payment
