Customers participating in the RRES Buy-All incentive structure are eligible to cash-out their on-bill credits one year after they received Permission to Operate, and no more than annually thereafter. Cash-outs must be requested and do not occur automatically. To request a cash-out, email CTResiRenewables@eversource.com.
Cash-outs are remitted to the customer of record on the Eversource billing account, and are sent as a mailed check. Once requested, if eligible the cash-out will take about a week to process, plus additional time for mailing.
