Yes. Net Metering and LREC/ZREC stopped accepting applications at the end of 2021. The two programs were essentially combined to form the Non-Residential Renewable Energy Solutions (NRES) Program, where energy and Renewable Energy Credits (RECs) can be sold together under one agreement. This change does not impact existing Net Metering, Virtual Net Metering, or LREC/ZREC agreements.
