State, agricultural or municipal ("SAM") customers have the opportunity to share compensation from renewable energy generation with other SAM customers. Both the Buy-All or Netting incentives are available. Projects may be sized up to the load of the host account and up to five additional accounts. The host account must be a State, Agricultural, or Municipal customer of Eversource.
SAM projects must identify the initial beneficial accounts when a bid is submitted by using the Beneficial Account Credit Allocation Form (XLS). This can be found under the "Options for State, Agricultural and Municipal customers" section of our NRES Program Page.
