What are the 2025 vs. 2026 CT residential incentive rates, and how are they assigned?

All applications submitted on or before December 31, 2025 will receive the 2025 rates, regardless of when the application is approved. All applications submitted in 2026 will receive 2026 rates. The incentive rates are listed below. Note the Netting incentive structure also includes on-bill credits for net excess production at the retail rate, which is not listed in the below charts.

*Please note: Netting projects submitted in 2026 are also subject to the Solar Energy Adjustment charge, which is $0.0402 per kWh of total solar production. This charge will appear as a line item on the customer’s bill.
