There's no deadline for the Residential Renewable Energy Solutions (RRES) Incentive Program. Both RRES incentive options, Netting and Buy-All, are available in 2026. While the base Netting REC incentive rate is remains $0.000/kWh for applications submitted in 2026, Netting projects will still receive on-bill credits for net excess production and are eligible to receive a REC incentive payment if eligible for adders.
