What is Rate980?

Solar PV projects can also interconnect under Rate 980 as an alternative to RRES. However, Rate 980 is not billed like the previous Net Metering Program and is not typically preferred by residential customers. Please view the following link to be transferred to the Rate980 FAQ to learn more.
