Am I eligible for an income based incentive?

Income Eligible customers qualify for the additional incentive by having one of the following:

  • Verified incomes at or below 60% of State Median Income (SMI). 
  • Participation in an income-qualified EDC financial hardship program.
  • Participation within the past three years in the Home Energy Solutions Income Eligible (HES-IE)
    program.
